PAUL MONTGOMERY SOLICITORS was established in 1994. We are a small, friendly niche practice specialising in Family Law.

We offer legal advice and assistance to private clients relating to all aspects of Family Law to include:

• divorce;
• financial disputes relating to divorce/separation;
• separation;
• cohabitation disputes;
• children related matters;
• same sex issues (incorporating the new Civil Partnership Act 2004);

We also offer mediation and collaborative law. Public Funding may be available for mediation only.

We offer an initial consultation at a set fee with no time limits or restraints and full advice will be given.

At present there is one solicitor, one Legal Executive and 5 admin staff.

Paul Montgomery is a qualified solicitor who qualified in 1985 and has worked solely in Family Law since and is regarded as an expert in this field. As well as an experienced collaborative solicitor and mediator. Paul Montgomery was the first solicitor in the country to conclude a legal process enabling his client to enter into a registration of their civil partnership on the first day the law came into effect.

Patricia Reece is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive and qualified in 2002 and has worked extensively in Family Law since 1990. Due to her experience Patricia understanding and knowledge of the law is extensive.

All staff working at Paul Montgomery Solicitors are very knowledgeable, friendly and sensitive to client needs and are able to help with any queries that you may initially have.

The premises are situated at 17 Tudor Court, Wootton Hope Drive, Wootton Fields, Northampton, NN4 6FF, and adjacent to junction 15 of the M1. There is free parking available at the premises.
